Working with with Debbie to buy my first home was an amazing experience. I was really nervous because I had never purchased a home before and was buying it on my own. Touring homes with her was a grounding experience, she would note and point out the condition of different things and and answered so many questions I had about how different things would impact the home's value. She even sent me links for people in the area who could do different kinds of repairs I discussed with her. I always felt like I was in the driver's seat throughout the home buying process, and I felt like she checked in regularly to ask how I was feeling.
When I decided to sell my condo later, I went directly to Debbie. She staged it to really let buyers see it's potential as a home, worked with an amazing photographer for pictures for the listing, and she held an open house . We got offers above asking very quickly due to her hard work. She did extensive market research to inform the price, had very detailed conversations with me when we were picking the price, as well as walking me through each offer.
